Shakira’s “Music Sessions Vol. 53” is taking the world by storm. The song, which Bizarrap produced and which targeted Shakira’s ex-boyfriend Gerard Piqué, was their first joint effort. Released in January, the song quickly rose to the top of the charts, making the top 10 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart and topping the Hot Latin Songs list.

Not content with simply topping the charts, Shakira and Bizarrap went on to break an incredible 14 Guinness World Records with their hit song. According to a press release, they are now the owners of multiple Guinness World Records titles, including the most streamed Latin track on Spotify in one week (80,646,962), the fastest Latin track to reach 100 million views on YouTube (in two days and 22 hours), the most streamed Latin track on Spotify in 24 hours (14,393,324), and the most viewed Latin track on YouTube in 24 hours (63,000,000). Because of this, Official Adjudicator Michael Empric congratulated them backstage of The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon Show on their incredible accomplishments and presented each of them with their Guinness World Records certificates.
