Actor Dwayne Johnson, also known as the nicest man in Hollywood, is presently facing a monumental $3 billion lawsuit, which has recently advanced in the legal system. This lawsuit calls into question Johnson’s massive fame and reputation, as he is just one of many individuals named in the suit.
Trenesha Biggers aka Rhaka Khan
Trenesha Biggers, who also goes by Rhaka Khan, is a former WWE and TNA wrestler who has filed a lawsuit against numerous wrestlers, professional sports teams, corporations, and even law enforcement agencies like the FBI. Biggers alleges that the defendants worked together in a conspiracy to abduct both her and her children, and this forms the basis of her complaint.
The list of names in the lawsuit
Among those named in the lawsuit are entities such as The State of Texas, The El Paso Child Protective Services, The Las Cruces Police Department, The NYPD, The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, New York ACS, Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc., Shirley Police Department, Sigma Phi Epsilon, Suffolk County NY, Bank of America, Home Depot, and even the FBI.
Despite sitting idle for several months, the $3 billion lawsuit involving Dwayne Johnson has gained momentum with Trenesha Biggers having paid the court fees in full, enabling the case to move forward.
However, as of now, none of the defendants have been served with legal papers, and Trenesha Biggers herself is presently on the El Paso Police Department’s wanted list. Back in 2019, Biggers had been placed on El Paso’s most wanted fugitive list for charges of child custody.
